Aurora Casket Company, the leading privately held manufacturer and marketer of funeral service products has a unique opportunity for experienced Inside Sales Account Manager for our Cincinnati Area location, just off the I-275 loop.   

The Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for aggressive telephonic prospecting and being accountable for driving new business sales across the assigned territory while concurrently protecting and growing existing Aurora accounts.

Responsibilities include:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and full-year unit, services and revenue goals.

Maintain a constant high level of activity

Research and cultivate leads through various prospecting sources

Identify and reach decision maker for presentation

Negotiate and close contracts

Utilize and adopt all required processes, tool and systems including CRM

Compliance and maintenance of pipeline reporting

Accurate forecasting

Strategic planning researching customer data (historical and current)

Generate and communicate leads

Comply with Aurora sales policies and procedures.
